My guess is that a lot of companies will announce the release dates of their fall games now that GTA VI is on longer coming out then.

Sony just announced this morning that Ghost of Yotei will release on October 2nd with preorders going live later today.

Lol, the physical copy is a download code in a game box.
In their defense, I doubt the game would even fit on a 100GB disc.
I still love and buy movies on physical media, but that shipped has sailed for video game industry. With updates and the need to be run from an SSD drive, discs just don't make sense for modern games anymore.
I'm glad all the people expecting it to be $100 were wrong too.
The version with all of the single player content is $100
All games have "deluxe" versions that are overpriced. Many were expecting the base game to be $100. Rockstar knows they're going to sell an insane amount of copies, so there's no need to piss anyone off. They're going to make a ton of money regardless of the price.
