I just made an adjustment to the attachment filter to allow .html files. You should be able to upload it now. The quick reply editor doesn't have the attachment option, so you must use the standard "Reply" button for it to appear.

If that doesn't work, you can always email me the file and I can manually upload it and link to it from the forum.

Do you have any gameplay footage you recorded? I'd be curious to see how the game looks.

Thanks for that.  I don't have any footage yet.  Being an older title it doesn't automatically record with my overlays and I can't alt tab out of the game so I have to start the recorder first I think and then hope it grabs the right stuff when I play. I'll figure it out and try to get some raw footage up so you can see.

Did an intermediate race this morning (24 laps, advanced damage) and finished 13th of 20.  I didn't try to qualify so started at the back of the grid.  Unfortunately it wouldn't export the results to a file this time (not sure why it kept failing).  I actually finished ahead of only one other driver that completed the race.  There were 6 retirements, 3 to accidents and the other 3 mechanical based on what I saw while lapping.  I really like the mechanical issues the game imposes during racing.  I saw a chart that showed the actual finish rates of the cars in 1967 and it was mind-blowing how unreliable they were.  The best of the year had a 22% DNF rate (I think) and the worst was in the mid to high 80% if I remember right.  Crazy

FC26 was on sale for $14 on Steam so I picked it up.  Haven't played a soccer title in quite awhile.

I did the same thing last week on Xbox. I've played a few games and have enjoyed it so far.

I also was in the mood for some retro gaming and downloaded a ps2 emulator and found gallop racer 2003 and winning eleven 2007 out in the wild.  Been playing on the pc.  Brings back a lot of good memories.  Looking at what's available out there and it's amazing what kind of gaming library you could build on a thumb drive.  Literally everything you need to play on a stick that you can plug into any PC and as long as you have a compatible controller you're off.

Yes, it seems to work pretty flawlessly and it's great to be able to upscale the old games to modern resolutions with it.  I'm gonna have to spend some time researching and building out a library of PS2 titles to travel around with.

FC26 is fun. Haven't played a fifa for years so I'm always amazed at the advancement in overlays used during games that really add to the experience.

I guess I'm officially old now.  In FC26 the oldest birth year you can pick for your created manager is 1965 which is my birth year.  I'm not sure why, but that kinda hit hard.

Ted , I took your advice and bought NBA 2k26 to celebrate the Knicks winning the championship. It was only $10.49 on the PS Store. I have to make room to download it, but it'll be interesting to see how it plays. The last NBA 2K I owned was 2K15.

Let me know how it plays.  I've been tempted to get a basketball title even though it's probably my least favorite sport.

I still haven't tried NBA 2K. After finishing up a brutal 4-week stretch at work, which included moving by biggest client to a new office, I'm now getting the yard ready for our 4th of July BBQ. Last night was mowing and weed-whacking. Tonight is outdoor furniture and canopy. Tomorrow is hopefully nothing but relaxation.

Here's my list of games that I'm looking forward to for the rest of the year:

• F1 25 (waiting on a good sale)
• Resident Evil 9 (waiting on a good sale)
• AC: Black Flag Remake
• Wolverine (will end up being a birthday gift for my son in October)
• GTA 6 (will end up being a Christmas gift for my son)
• Madden 27 & College Football 27 when they drop to $13.99. I'm currently enjoying College 26 which I only bought a few months ago.

I'm completely hooked on Nascar 25. Right now I'm running through all the tracks and trying out different cars to finalize my settings before starting a career. I currently have my race length set to 13% but I'm going to bump it up to 20% for my next race. I also have my tire wear and fuel consumption set to 2x. I'll probably switch that to 4x so I get at least 3 pit stops at 20% race length.

The AI difficulty goes from 80 to 105 (not sure why they didn't just go from 0 to 25). I'm currently at 95 and can win on the bigger tracks, but I still get my ass kicked on road courses and tracks 1 mile or less. I'll probably settle in somewhere between 98 - 100.

I also downloaded and played a game of NBA 2k26. It's still animation heavy and I suck on defense, but I think I'm going to enjoy it. The graphics are quite impressive and it didn't seem to force VC on you while navigating the menu, but... 

Games need to stop forcing you into certain gameplay modes before you even reach the main menu. If I wanted to try out My Player I would have chosen it from the menu. I had to forcibly exit the game and go back in to bypass that BS just to get to the main menu.
